Device or accessory ("PRIME SONY  Device" means Kindle e-PRIME SONY  Fire TV devices, PRIME SONY  Echo devices and, in each case, PRIME SONY  accessories for these devices) you purchased directly from PRIME SONY  Marketplace (PRIME SONY .com) for a full refund within 15 (Fifteen) days ("Return Period") of the day you received it as long as it is in new condition and in accordance with our return policy below. Your Device is not eligible for return and refund after the 15-(Fifteen day) return period has expired.

After the 15-(Fifteen day) have passed, you will no longer be entitled to return your Device, unless it is defective. See Warranty Service below if you need to return your Device for service. This does not affect your consumer rights.

then your Devices will be eligible for return and refund within 15 (fifteen) days of the day you received the Device in open or closed box condition. Please use our standard return process for returning the Device(s).

Note: If you want to return a Device for a refund and you purchased your Device from a third-party retail store, you must return your Device to the retailer where you made the purchase according to the retailer's return policies.

Prepare the Device for return: Please erase all personal information from your device and place it in the original packaging. You may still return the device if the box has been opened. If you are returning a Kindle e-reader, it is not necessary to include the manual or accessories.

Print a mailing label: Visit the Returns Centre on PRIME SONY or contact Customer Support for assistance with your return. Your Device must be returned to PRIME SONY  using a traceable method. If you pay for return postage, please see About Your Refund below.

Note about pre-paid mailing labels and shipping cost refunds: Return postage costs are only reimbursed if the return is due to  PRIME SONY error. If a pre-paid label is not convenient in your location, indicate the cost of shipping you paid with your return (either on the packing slip inside of the box or written on the return label outside of the box). Devices are covered by a One-or tow Year Dependent products and manufacturers Limited Warranty. If you are a consumer, you will also have consumer rights and this warranty is provided to you in addition to these rights and does not jeopardise your consumer rights in any way. This means that if your Device is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement from the retailer.

The use of a Device is also subject to the License Agreement and Terms of Use. Return Pick-up

Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and the items, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, Self-Ship option will be automatically selected. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with PRIME SONY  refund policy, once we receive the item(s) or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be.

To ensure successful return pick-up, return the item in original condition with (brands) manufacturer's box, MRP tag, intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.

Note: Certain couriers might require a return label which can be generated in the Returns Centre

A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories.
